Renovation of Apartment Building

Atlas Development applied a complete makeover to this 7-story apartment building in the center of Thessaloniki. Our was to create affordable housing by dividing the building into 29 apartments with clever floorplans, fresh design and quality construction. There is a good mix of Studios, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom-apartments, sizes vary between 30m² and 50m².
